ALL IN for Safe Schools is a California-based campaign that brings together early childhood and K-12 education non-profit leaders to support educators and providers in creating welcoming, inclusive, and affirming learning environments—especially for children in immigrant families and LGBTQ+ students.

Led by The Children’s Partnership and Californians Together, the campaign is powered by a core team of advocacy and education partners, including ACLU of Southern California, Equality California, Teach Plus California, Early Edge California, and California School-Based Health Alliance.

Our work centers four key priorities:
1. Direct support, technical assistance, and trainings to educators
2. Coordination with state leaders
3. Centralized sharing of tools and resources
4. Support for aligned policy and advocacy efforts

While our campaign responds directly to the ongoing political, economic, and cultural attacks on children in immigrant families and LGBTQ+ youth, our vision is broader. We stand in deep solidarity with multi-racial, multi-issue movements led by Black and Indigenous communities to dismantle criminalization in schools, affirm the dignity of children with disabilities, and uplift the power of multilingualism and language equity. Together, we’re building safe schools where every child feels free to learn, belong, and thrive.
