School educators, school board members, superintendents, administrators, and others will learn about:
- Health4All Kids–ALL kids, regardless of their immigration status, can apply for Medi-Cal. As of May 2016, undocumented children and youth under 19 years old can enroll in full-scope Medi-Cal.
- AB 2706–the law that requires public and charter schools to provide affordable health coverage information to families when school starts and how to help schools comply with the law.
- Other helpful resources to help schools connect families to health coverage during the back-to-school season and throughout the year.
